This is a dual app. Majella and I come as a package deal, so here goes.

Thats my pvp gear pictured, also have TSO 6 set and some other tanking stuff. 200aa, fully adorned, know all the strats, have killed nearly every mob in game including avatars besides ykesha/miragul/munzok.

I can raid pretty much whenever, I like to keep it around 3-4 nights a week so I dont get burned out though.

200aa, fully adorned. Maj can raid at most 3 nights a week, 2 is more likely though since she works 7p-7a CST 3 weeknights per week.

Keep this in mind when seeing if this guild is right for you

For the betterment of the group, For the betterment of the Guild.

If you do not have this mindset then this guild is probably not for you. We are not one of the first guilds formed on this server, but we will be one of the first with structure and leadership stemming from a vast well of information, people from many different backgrounds and leadership, and officer positions being held by people with the experience they accumulated from their prior guilds in all sorts of games. The leaders and officers are here to serve the people and to make their gaming experience fun, but not at the expense of causing their game play to dissipate as quickly as this guild was formed. We wont be a guild of alot of laws and rules, as only a few will be necessary, and as for these few rules they are law, but as with any great organization they are up for debate as long as it is done so in an organized manner.

1.) We will be raiding, and doing so in an Organized manner. Progression is our goal, yet we will only be raiding 4 nights a week at 3 hours a night, Seeing how we will have a limited raid force everyone that is slotted is expected to attend although real life emergency's and situations will be taken into consideration.

2.) We do not need nor want drama if your out to whine then go else where. We are Adults, Playing a game to have fun, But doing so professionally. Be ready for constructive suggestions on how to better play the class.

3.) We are out to have fun, with groups and raiding, but to establish structure.

4.) Opinions, and suggestions, will be listened to but only done in organized fashion, complaining on vent will not be as effective as suggesting something on the forums, I can not stress this enough.

5.) DKP will be needed to set a level of need on items for the core raiding group. Items are mostly class based so those classes only will be allowed to bid, Core Raiders will take precedence over said item, If no one at the raid chooses to use said item, Core Raider Alts (lvl 80) will then gain the ability to bid. The Tanks of the guild will pay a set DKP for Tank Priority items needed at anytime as an upgrade as they are the footholds of our raiding team. This is to make us a stronger raid force and is not up for negotiation. This Priority will be moderated by the officers and Raid Leader to insure integrity.

6.) Respect your guildsmen and guildswomen, and know that they are just as apt to have an opinion as you are if you don't agree with it .. give a reason why but do it in a respectful manner and give an option of compromise.

7.) Your Friends, Family Members, and Spouses are not Automatically given a spot in guild or on raid just on the fact that they are related to you, they have to earn a spot just like everyone else, if anyone wishes to challenge for a guild spot an Interview, Trial run, and Application will be set up for them. We do not give hand outs.

8.) Our Final rule and one of the most important. Every Class has a AA spec that is deemed to be the best "Raid Spec" for raiding, Make sure that you are out of any instances with enough time before raids to pick up this Spec, and get any food, drink, Potions, Poisons, Repaired, Temp Adorns or anything else you might need. Come repaired or don't Come at all. And Always have the Mindset that you will be killing any encounter you are faced with that evening. No talk of were not able to do this Raid will be accepted, Lack of confidence is not a building block, it is a Weakness.

These are some very basic guidelines ones that current members of this guild have been use to following for a while, know that we are out to make ourselves great, and if your looking to become part of something great it will take some work.

But Understand we will be having fun while we do it.

We will close with this, Any questions will be answered, any suggestions by members will be listened to. A Great guild can be accomplished without tyranny and drama. Step into our world and throw the previous idea's you have had about high end guilds out the window. The people leading here have done it before and will do it again, its just a simple matter of one question, do you want it?

First of all, to apply to our guild as a raider, you must have a few simple requirements. You must have at LEAST 60% Crit Mit, 182 AA and Mythical. Our focus is ALWAYS progression, it is essential that you already have your mythical. You also need at least ONE Member of Mortis Victum to sponsor you. Don't simply add a members name, be sure that Raider is willing to Sponsor you as he/she will be contacted first thing.
Once you have the requirements, please copy and paste the following application. If you have any questions, please ask.

Once you have filled out the application our Recruitment officers will review it and give you an answer within a day or so. If you are accepted you will be taken on a 2-3 week trial period at which point you will earn no DKP and not be allowed to bid on Loot Items.

7. What other guilds have you been involved with? UFC/Psychotic on these toons, used to be in Insurrection and Onyx on my wizard.
